Controlled fabrication from profile selection and CNC cutting to assembly and glazing.
Every window and facade is only as good as the way it is cut and assembled in the workshop. We run every step of fabrication in our own facility with checklists.

Profiles and hardware
We choose system series according to the opening size, wind load and insulation target, and use hinges, locks and gaskets approved by the system supplier.

CNC cutting and machining
Profiles are cut on CNC cutting and machining centres with millimetre tolerances; lock, hinge and drainage holes are machined.

Assembly and inspection
Corners are joined with crimping and corner cleats; every sash is checked for size, squareness and operation before it leaves for site.

Glazing and sealing
Insulated glass units are set with correct packing; gaskets and silicone details follow standard practice for water and air tightness.
