20-year profile warranty
Our profiles carry a 20-year warranty against colour and structural defects; insulated glass units are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against condensation. The scope is stated in writing in your quote.

Installation and workmanship
Issues arising from installation and workmanship are fixed free of charge for the stated period from handover.

Care: just a little oil
Our systems need no annual hinge maintenance, and the glazing beads stay trouble-free over time. A few drops of oil on hinges, locks and moving parts now and then is all it takes.
